Privacy notice

This notice describes what personal data the zymamlue.hu website and its AI chat handle, on what legal basis, for how long, and what rights you have. The Hungarian version is the authoritative one.

1. The data controller

2. What data we handle and why

3. How the AI chat works

To generate a reply, your message is transmitted to Anthropic PBC (USA), acting as our processor. Safeguard for the third-country transfer: to be confirmed against Anthropic's commercial terms (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Conversations are logged in our own database (Neon, EU region, to be fixed at launch). If you request contact, a notification email with your details and a summary of the enquiry is delivered to us via an email provider (Resend).

The chat makes no automated decisions about you and uses no tracking. Only share contact details if you want us to get in touch. You can withdraw your consent at any time: delete the chat entries from your browser storage, and request the deletion of your data at hello@zymamlue.hu.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@zymamlue.hu; we reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu) or turn to court.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site itself uses no cookies at all: browser storage holds functional settings only — the theme choice (zyma-tema), the fact and time of your chat consent (zyma-chat-hozzajarulas), the tab-scoped chat history (zyma-chat), and what you decided in the cookie notice (zyma-suti). The theme choice, the consent and the cookie notice decision stay on your device, and the chat history is cleared as soon as you close the tab. The history, however, is also sent to our server with every message, otherwise the chat could not know what was said earlier; how we handle it is described in sections 2 and 3.

Only one thing writes cookies: the audience measurement, and only if you consent in the cookie notice. Google Analytics 4 then sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_…): a random visitor identifier and the session state, with a 13-month lifetime. Until you consent, your browser sends not a single request to Google, and no cookie is created. The site uses no ad identifiers, no personalised advertising and no social media trackers whatsoever.

You can review, change and clear all of it at any time: the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the page lists every item and brings the switches back, and Delete stored settings empties your browser storage. If you turn the measurement off, Google's cookies are deleted immediately and the page reloads, so that nothing really keeps running. After a full deletion the page returns to its default: the theme follows your system setting, the chat asks for consent again, the history is gone.
