Automation
Your form, your spreadsheet, your CRM and your invoicing tool are separate islands today, and a person carries the data between them. Automation connects them: the same sequence of steps runs every time, unattended.
What happens the same way every week should not be done by a person
Automation is built between the systems you already have: forms, spreadsheets, CRM, invoicing, email, storage. We do not replace anything and we do not introduce new software underneath — we connect what is already there, and from then on the data moves by itself.
There is no AI decision in it, and that is deliberate: a rule does the same thing every time, so it can be checked and repeated. Where judgement is needed — because the input is free text, or no two cases are alike — the right answer is not an automation but an agent.
When it is worth doing: if the same piece of data gets typed into two places, or if a process depends on somebody remembering to start it.
What it includes
- Process assessment: what triggers it, what the steps are, what the end state is
- Connecting the systems you already have — without introducing new software
- Scheduled and event-driven runs: a form, an incoming email, a date, a status change
- Error handling and alerts: when a step gets stuck, somebody has to hear about it
- Operation and monitoring: the work does not end at handover
The other five services
- AI strategy Assessment, plan, rollout — with consulting and training.
- Second brain Your company’s knowledge in one searchable system.
- Agentic systems An agent that does the work. Starting from a single one.
- Web development From design to launch, in one pair of hands.
- Visibility So that people find you: in search and in AI answers alike.
Not sure where to start? Write down which piece of data two people type into two separate places. That usually settles it.
